Hearty Seafood Stew
ingredients
- 2 cans minced clams
- 4 slices bacon, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 2 potatoes, cubed
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 4 cups seafood broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Old Bay seasoning

In a large pot, cook bacon until crispy.
- 2.
Add onion, carrots, and celery. Cook until softened.
- 3.
Stir in potatoes, clams, tomatoes, and broth. Simmer for 20 minutes.
- 4.
Season with salt, pepper, and Old Bay. Simmer for an additional 10 minutes. Serve hot.
