ingredients
- 2 lbs rabbit meat, cut into pieces
- 1 bottle (750 ml) red wine
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 3 sprigs thyme
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
