Zesty Salsa Rice
ingredients
- 1 cup long-grain white rice
- 2 cups salsa
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
steps

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add onions, peppers, and garlic, sauté until softened.
- 3.
Stir in rice, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- 4.
Pour in salsa, bring to a boil.
- 5.
Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes.
- 6.
Fluff rice with a fork before serving.
