- ½ cup goat cheese, crumbled
- 1 tablespoon Lebanese 7 spices
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 cup sausage slices
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add sausage slices and sauté until browned and cooked through.
