- 12 large sea shells
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 2 cups basil & tomato sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste

Cook the large sea shells according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the avocado oil over medium heat.

Add the lean ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
