ingredients
- 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 lb lean sausage, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)

Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss sweet potatoes in olive oil, cumin, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Roast for 25-30 minutes until tender.
