A moist yogurt-based bread filled with green chilies, veggies, and garlic flavors. Perfect with soup or as a side dish.
ingredients
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup grated carrots
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups mashed potatoes
- 3 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup chopped green chilies
- 1 cup warm water

Dissolve yeast in warm water in a bowl, then mix in yogurt.

Add flour, salt, cabbage, carrots, onions, garlic, potatoes, and green chilies. Mix well.

Knead the dough for 8-10 minutes.
