Seoul-Berlin Fusion Dinner
ingredients
- 1 block extra-firm tofu, cubed
- 1 cup sauerkraut
- 1 small daikon radish, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons miso paste
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, miso paste, vinegar, honey, sesame oil, salt, and pepper.

Toss tofu cubes in the sauce to coat.
- 4.
Spread tofu on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.
- 5.
In a skillet, sauté sauerkraut and daikon until tender.
- 6.
Serve tofu over sauerkraut and daikon, garnish with parsley.
