Sizzling Seafood Burger

- 4 tomato burger buns
- 1 cup sardines, mashed
- 1 cup canned baked beans, drained and rinsed
- ½ cup cooked quinoa
- ¼ cup cornflakes, crushed
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Olive oil, for cooking
