Sizzling Teriyaki Chicken Stir-Fry

- 1 cup boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup bell peppers (red and green), sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 1 tablespoon water (optional for thickening)
