- 2 large carrots, sliced
- 1 large zucchini, diced
- 2 stalks celery, sliced
- 3 medium potatoes, cubed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste
