Smoked Salmon Cajun Deviled Eggs with Cheese

- 6 large eggs
- 2 oz smoked salmon, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp cream cheese, softened
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 green onion, finely sliced
- Fresh dill, for garnish

Place eggs in a pot of cold water and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce heat and simmer for 9 minutes. Then, shock the eggs in ice water and peel.

Slice each egg in half lengthwise, carefully remove the yolks, and place them in a bowl.

In the same bowl, add the smoked salmon, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Cajun seasoning, black pepper, and half of the green onions. Mix until well combined and smooth.

Spoon the filling into the egg white halves, or use a piping bag for a neater presentation.

Garnish each deviled egg with a sprinkle of the remaining green onions and a small sprig of fresh dill.
