Garlic-Infused Mushroom Skewers
ingredients
- 1 lb oyster mushrooms, cleaned
- ¼ cup Emblem Roasted Garlic Olive Oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water

In a large bowl, whisk together Emblem Roasted Garlic Olive Oil, garlic, soy sauce, smoked paprika, black pepper, salt, and lemon juice.

Add the cleaned oyster mushrooms to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Thread the marinated mushrooms onto the soaked wooden skewers.

Place the skewers on the hot grill and cook for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until the mushrooms are tender and slightly charred.

Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a couple of minutes.
- 7.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy with your favorite dipping sauce!
