Soft Potato and Beef Dumplings

- 300g potatoes, boiled and mashed
- 200g ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 200g all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 100ml milk
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

In a large bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, ground beef, onion, garlic, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.

In a separate bowl, sift the flour and baking powder together. Slowly add milk and vegetable oil to form a soft dough.
