- 250 g All Purpose Flour
- 1 tsp (2 g) Cardamom Powder
- 1 tsp (2 g) Cinnamon Powder
- ½ tsp (1 g) Nutmeg Powder
- 1 tsp (5 g) Freshly Grated Ginger Root
- 100 g Cold Butter, cubed
- 100 g Condensed Milk or 100 g Sugar
- 100 ml Milk
- Vegetable Oil for Frying For the Sugar Glaze:
- 100 ml Water
- 200 g Sugar

In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, cardamom powder, cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder, and ginger root.

Add the cold butter to the flour mixture and rub in until the mixture resembles breadcrumbs.

Mix in the condensed milk (or sugar) and gradually add the milk, kneading to form a smooth dough.

Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the sugar glaze by combining water and sugar in a saucepan. Heat until sugar dissolves, then boil for a few minutes until slightly syrupy. Set aside.

After chilling, roll the dough into small balls and flatten slightly.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the dough pieces until golden brown on both sides.
