ingredients
- 1 lb catfish fillets, cut into chunks
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sriracha, ginger, and garlic. Marinate catfish for 20 minutes.

Heat oil in a wok and stir-fry catfish until cooked. Remove and set aside.
