Spicy Cauliflower Tacos

These spicy cauliflower tacos are packed with flavor and are completely gluten, yeast, egg, and dairy-free. The deliciously seasoned cauliflower, paired with a zesty avocado-lime crema and fresh toppings, makes for a satisfying and healthy meal option.

- 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 ripe avocado
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 8 corn tortillas
- Toppings: shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced radishes, chopped red onions, fresh cilantro

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a bowl, combine olive oil, chili powder, smoked paprika, cumin, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
