ingredients
- 1 lb elbow macaroni
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Cook macaroni according to package instructions, drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, brown ground beef with onion, pepper, and garlic until cooked through.
