A comforting noodle soup featuring Chinese barbecued pork, spicy chili garlic sauce, and fresh coriander. Perfect for warming up on a cold day!
ingredients
- 8 oz Chinese barbecued pork, sliced
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 2 tbsp chili garlic sauce
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 1/2 cup fresh coriander, chopped
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste

In a large pot, bring chicken broth to a boil. Add chili garlic sauce and soy sauce.

Add egg noodles and cook according to package instructions.

In a separate pan, scramble the beaten eggs until cooked through. Set aside.

Once the noodles are cooked, add the Chinese barbecued pork and scrambled eggs to the pot.
