Spicy Egg Fried Basmati Rice

- 2 cups cooked basmati rice
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers, corn)
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Heat oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat. Add chopped onion, minced garlic, and green chilies. Sauté until onions turn translucent.
