ingredients
- 8 oz ramen noodles
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1/4 cup gochujang paste
- 1 14 oz block of firm tofu, cubed
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar

In a pot, sauté garlic in sesame oil until fragrant.

Pour in vegetable broth, gochujang paste, soy sauce, and rice vinegar.
