ingredients
- 3 small tri-color bell peppers, sliced
- 1 medium onion, cut into six wedges
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 medium tomato, sliced into 6 wedges
- 1/4 medium cabbage, sliced
- 2 strips bacon, diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
