ingredients
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1 lb thinly sliced beef (such as ribeye or sirloin)
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups julienned carrots
- 2 cups julienned cucumbers
- 2 cups bean sprouts
- 2 cups spinach
- 4 tbsp gochujang paste
- 4 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish
- Vegetable oil for cooking

Marinate beef in soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
