ingredients
- 1 lb lamb stew meat
- 1 cup dried green lentils
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 1 zucchini, chopped
- 3 tbsp curry powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish

In a large skillet, sear lamb until browned. Remove and set aside.
