Spicy Lentil Tacos

- 8 small soft taco shells
- 1 small red onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced

- ½ cup Greek yogurt (optional)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
