Spicy Peanut Chickpea Wrap

- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup cooked white rice
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- Lime wedges, for serving
