Tender pork loin slices with a spicy stir fry sauce, mixed with vibrant vegetables, and served over fluffy white rice.
ingredients
- 1 lb pork loin, sliced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- Salt and pepper to taste

Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
