Classic fried rice with a zesty kick from General Tsao sauce, loaded with tender pork, crisp veggies, and fluffy rice, creating a fiery yet savory dish.
ingredients
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1 lb pork tenderloin, diced
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 3 tbsp General Tsao sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add pork and cook until browned.
