Savory Sausage Medley

- 1 lb mild sausages
- 1 cup long-grain rice
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14 oz)
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish

In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the sausages until cooked through. Remove from skillet, let cool, then slice diagonally.
