- 8 oz thick udon noodles
- 14 oz firm tofu, cubed
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 green onion, chopped
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Cook udon noodles according to package instructions and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat and add tofu cubes. Cook until golden brown.
