- 2 cups cooked rice
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
