Spicy Veggie Masala Pasta

- 8 oz penne pasta
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 2 bell peppers (red and green), julienned
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and allow them to sizzle for a few seconds.
