Spinach and Herb Scramble Wrap

- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
- ½ teaspoon dried thyme
- ⅛ teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ⅛ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 large flour tortillas
- ¼ cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or Swiss)
