Lemon Butter Asparagus Pasta
ingredients
- 1.5 lbs asparagus, trimmed and cut into 2-inch pieces
- 1.5 pints cherry tomatoes, halved
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 12 oz pasta of choice
- 1/3 cup butter
- 2 lemons, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated parmesan cheese for serving

Cook pasta as directed.

Melt butter in a skillet, sauté asparagus and tomatoes until tender.

Add garlic, cook for 1 minute.

Stir in lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Toss pasta in the skillet with vegetables.
