- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 1/2 cups whole milk
- 4 large egg yolks
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 box vanilla wafer cookies

In a medium saucepan, whisk together sugar, flour, and salt. Gradually whisk in milk until smooth.
