ingredients
- 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz cremini mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped
- 8 oz egg noodles
