Sweet and Savory Chicken with Pear and Potato

- 2 ripe pears, thinly sliced
- 4 medium russet potatoes, cubed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste

In a small bowl, mix together honey, balsamic vinegar, rosemary, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Place the chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet and brush them with half of the honey-balsamic mixture. Reserve the other half of the mixture for later.
