Indulge in a unique blend of flavors with this sweet and savory sushi roll. Fresh mango, avocado, and spicy tuna are rolled in coconut rice and topped with a drizzle of honey soy glaze. A surprising burst of flavors in every bite!
ingredients
- 1 cup sushi rice
- 1 1/4 cup water
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 ripe mango, sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/2 lb sushi-grade tuna, diced
- 1/4 cup coconut flakes
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
steps

Cook sushi rice according to package instructions. In a small bowl, mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Fold into cooked rice.

Lay a sheet of seaweed on a bamboo sushi mat. Spread rice evenly on seaweed.

Arrange mango, avocado, and tuna on the rice. Roll tightly using the sushi mat.

Toast coconut flakes in a pan until golden. In a separate bowl, mix honey and soy sauce.

Slice the sushi roll and top with coconut flakes. Drizzle with honey soy glaze.
