Taco Fiesta Sandwich

- 1 tbsp chili powder

- 1 tsp paprika

- 4 Ciabatta rolls
- 1 cup tortilla chips
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- ¼ cup diced red onion
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
- ½ cup sliced pickled jalapeños
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup guacamole
- ½ cup salsa

In a bowl, combine olive oil, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them evenly with the marinade. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
