Zesty Lime Potato with Cranberries

- 7 oz (200g) Yukon Gold potatoes, cubed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Juice and zest of 1 lime
- 1 clove garlic, minced

- Pinch of black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
