Zesty Tuna Herb Bruschetta

- 1 orange, zest and juice
- 1 lime, zest and juice
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeno, seeds removed and finely chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh herbs (e.g., basil, parsley, or dill), chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 pound fresh tuna steak, diced
- 8 slices baguette, 1/2-inch thick
- Olive oil, for brushing
- 1 garlic clove, halved

In a bowl, combine the orange zest, orange juice, lime zest, lime juice, chopped onion, jalapeno, cilantro, fresh herbs, salt, and black pepper.

Add the diced tuna to the bowl and gently mix until well coated in the citrus marinade. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Brush the baguette slices with olive oil and place them on a baking sheet. Toast in the oven for about 10 minutes or until golden and crispy.

Rub the toasted baguette slices with the cut side of the garlic clove.

Take the marinated tuna from the refrigerator and spoon it onto the garlic-rubbed baguette slices.
