Quick Tarragon Steak with Garlic Minute Rice
ingredients
- 1.5 lb flank steak
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh tarragon, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup minute rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- Fresh parsley for garnish

Marinate steak in olive oil, tarragon, garlic, salt, and pepper for at least 1 hour

Grill steak for 4-5 minutes per side, then let rest for 10 minutes before slicing

Saute garlic in butter, add minute rice and cook for 2 minutes
