- 1 cup Bearded Tree Orange Thai Pepper Capsicumel
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Bamboo skewers, soaked in water
