- 1 lb ground beef or chicken
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 8 fresh apple leaves, washed and dried
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
