- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pineapple, cut into chunks
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into squares
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into squares
- 1 orange, zest and juice
- 1 lime, zest and juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Wooden skewers, soaked in water

In a large bowl, combine orange zest, lime zest, orange juice, lime juice, soy sauce, honey, olive oil, minced garlic, chopped cilantro, turmeric powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to create the marinade.

Add the shrimp to the marinade, making sure they are well coated. Allow them to marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
