Turmeric Chicken Salad Bowl 2.0
ingredients
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat cheese, shredded
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cucumber, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 4 mini bell peppers, sliced
- 2 tbsp light champagne vinaigrette
- 1/2 cup baked wonton strips
- 1 lb grilled chicken breast, sliced
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
steps

Toss mixed greens, cheese, onion, cucumber, tomatoes, and bell peppers in a bowl.

Whisk vinaigrette, turmeric, chili powder, salt, pepper, and olive oil in a separate bowl.
- 3.
Pour dressing over the salad and mix well.
- 4.
Divide into 4 bowls and top with chicken slices and wonton strips.
