- 4 large flour tortillas
- 6 slices of bacon
- 4 large eggs
- 1 small onion, diced
- 1 small bell pepper, diced
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and minced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Olive oil, for cooking
