- 1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- 1 egg white
- 1/4 cup vital wheat gluten
- 1/4 cup vegetable broth

In a large mixing bowl, combine crumbled tofu, cooked millet, onion powder, garlic powder, parsley, chives, coriander, white pepper, nutmeg, ginger, salt, lemon juice, nutritional yeast, and egg white. Mix well until combined.
