- 1 lb Bries Goldpils Vienna Malt
- 1 lb Briess Caramel Vienne Malt 20L
- 1 lb Briess Caramel Munich Malt 60L
- 3 lbs Briess CBW Pilsen Light Dry Malt Extract (DME)
- 2 lbs Briess CBW Pilsen Light Dry Malt Extract (DME)
- 2 oz Hallertau Tradition Hops
- 2 pkg Fermentis Saflager W-34/70 Yeast
- 5 oz Priming Sugar

- 1.
Steep grains in 2 gallons of water at 150°F for 30 min
- 2.
Remove grains and bring to a boil
- 3.
Add DME and Hallertau hops, boil for 60 min
- 4.
Cool, transfer to fermenter, pitch yeast
- 5.
Ferment at 50°F for 2 weeks, lager for 4 weeks
- 6.
Bottle with priming sugar, condition for 2 weeks
