Viennese Roll

- 4 schnitzel cutlets (veal or chicken)
- 2 cups cooked sushi rice
- 4 nori sheets
- 1 cup sauerkraut
- 4 tablespoons horseradish sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Pickles, for garnish
- Chives, for garnish

Flatten schnitzel cutlets using a meat mallet, then cook until golden brown in a skillet with vegetable oil. Let cool.
